Our Labour Union
Danliris’ operational sustainability is built on strong, long-term relationships with our skilled workforce. We prioritize transparent and constructive communication through our labor union, which acts as a strategic partner in understanding employee needs, capturing feedback, and supporting continuous improvement across the workplace.
Each production division appoints an official representative to convey employee input and concerns to the union secretary. The secretary is democratically elected by employees for a five-year term and serves as a key liaison in maintaining ongoing dialogue between employees and Danliris management.

As a company that considers its employees an integral part of the Danliris community, we comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations. We actively participate in government social security programs, apply wage structures in line with minimum wage and overtime requirements, and provide religious holiday allowances (THR).
To further support employee welfare and professional development, Danliris offers a range of facilities and programs, including lactation rooms at production sites, healthcare and counseling services, employee shuttle transportation, and scholarship initiatives. We also invest in workforce development through dedicated training centers that enhance skills in textile and garment manufacturing.
Through an open and continuous communication framework involving employees, the labor union, and management, Danliris consistently develops proactive policies that improve employee well-being while strengthening operational efficiency. As the company continues to expand its services and global client portfolio, Danliris works closely with its labor union to support the implementation of international standards that reinforce quality, trust, and long-term business sustainability.
